Welcome to Moodlight Intelligence. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Moodlight Intelligence (“Moodlight,” “we,” “us”) provides a real-time cultural intelligence platform that analyzes public data from news, social media, and financial markets to generate strategic insights and briefs.

2. Account & Subscription

  • You must be 18 or older to use Moodlight

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($99/month unless otherwise stated)

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Moodlight for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our data or algorithms

  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label Moodlight outputs without permission

  • Use the service to harm, harass, or infringe on others’ rights

  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created work without disclosure

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Moodlight’s platform, algorithms, VLDS scoring methodology, and framework library are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

Your IP: You retain ownership of any inputs you provide (product details, briefs, etc.). We claim no ownership over your ideas or strategies.

Output Usage: Strategic Briefs and intelligence reports generated for you are yours to use for your business purposes. You may share them with clients, teams, or stakeholders.

5. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data. In short: we don’t store your Strategic Brief inputs or email addresses (unless you opt in to updates). We don’t sell your data.

6. Disclaimers

Not professional advice: Moodlight provides strategic intelligence and recommendations, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Outputs should inform your decisions, not replace professional consultation.

Accuracy: We analyze public data sources and apply AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all insights are correct, complete, or current. Markets, sentiment, and cultural trends change rapidly.

Regulatory guidance: Industry-specific compliance considerations (MLR, SEC, etc.) are informational only. Always consult your legal and compliance teams before execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Moodlight is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Moodlight after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
